Shopiz – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Shopiz, you agree to the following
terms and conditions.
1. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Product Type
- All products sold by Shopiz are customized and made to order.
- Due to the nature of customization, returns and refunds are strictly not allowed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is 8–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are provided only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- A clear unboxing video without pause or cut is mandatory to raise any complaint.
- Complaints without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Issues reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
5. No Returns / No Refunds
- Shopiz does not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect phone model selection by the customer
- Personal preferences or expectations
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure that all details provided are accurate and complete, including:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Phone model
- Contact number
- Camera protection requirement (if any)
- Shopiz is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Camera Protection Requirement
- If a specific camera protection type is required, it must be clearly mentioned in the Order Notes section at the time of placing the order.
- If no camera protection preference is mentioned, Shopiz will proceed with the available stock and provide the default or pre-fixed camera protection type.
- Requests for changes after order confirmation will not be accepted.
8. Color & Design Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color, print, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution differences, or manufacturing processes.
- Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms
- Placing an order with Shopiz confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
